1989-1992

Foundation in Metal Stamping
SP Metal established its reputation through precision metal stamping services, mastering the fundamentals of forming, cutting, and shaping metal components. These formative years built the quality discipline that remains our hallmark.

1993-1999

Piping Process Integration
Recognizing client demand for more complete solutions, we expanded into piping processes. This diversification allowed us to serve motorcycle manufacturers with exhaust systems and structural tubing, significantly broadening our market reach.

2000-2008

Welding Capabilities
Welding capabilities transformed SP Metal from a component supplier to an assembly partner. We could now deliver complete welded assemblies, from small brackets to complex chassis structures, giving clients single-source convenience.

2008-2014

Robotics & Acquisition
 This pivotal period saw major investments in robotic automation and the strategic acquisition of SP Metal Precision. Robotics brought unprecedented consistency to high-volume production, while the acquisition expanded our capacity and technical capabilities substantially.

2015-2018

International Export Success
 Building on our reputation for quality, we successfully entered international markets with fuel cell components to Germany, metal gratings to Japan, and superbike crash bars to Europe. These exports validated our ability to meet the world’s most demanding standards.
